Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the knowledge, attitudes and practices of nurses working in intensive care units regarding the use of physical restraints. This descriptive and cross-sectional study was conducted between May and November 2019 with 202 nurses working in intensive care units and volunteering to participate in the research. Data were collected using a questionnaire form and the “Levels of Knowledge, Attitudes, and Practices of Staff Regarding Physical Restraints Questionnaire”.
