Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study knowledge and food consumption behavior of students’ Ramkhamhaeng Demonstration School and to compare personal factors toward food consumption behavior students’ Ramkhamhaeng University Demonstration School. The questionnaire was used as a research tool.Research samples was collecting from 213 students. Data analysis employed frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, and t-Test dependent. The results were as follows: the most students were knowledgeable about eating sweet and fatty foods, risk of overweight and sausage was a high fat. Food consumption behavior of students was at high level Hypothesis testing was found that difference gender and education had behavior food consumption was no significant.
