Abstract
Quality of care completely depends on the care provider. Nurses are the backbone of patient care. A study to assess the knowledge among student nurses regarding Quality Assurance in clinical practice. The objectives were to assess the level of knowledge among student nurses regarding Quality Assurance in clinical practice and to associate the knowledge level with the selected demographic variables. Descriptive research design is adopted in this study. The research tool consisted of 29 questions. The sample size was 110. The study revealed that a nursing professional gains adequate knowledge as he gets exposed to the field as well as his regular appraisal.
