Abstract
Bu arastirmada Ang ve vd. (2007) tarafindan gelistirilen Kulturel Zekâ Olcegi'nin (KZO) Turk akademisyenler uzerinde Turkce'ye uyarlamasi ile gecerlik ve guvenirlik calismalari yurutulmustur. Arastirma Turkiye'deki cesitli universitelerde gorev yapan ve kartopu orneklem yontemiyle secilmis 212 akademisyen ile gerceklestirilmistir. Orijinali Ingilizce olan ve 20 madde dort boyuttan olusan olcek oncelikle her iki dile hakim dort alan uzmaninin goruslerinden yararlanilarak Turkce'ye cevrilmistir. Olcegin yapi gecerligi Acimlayici Faktor Analizi (AFA) ve Dogrulayici Faktor Analizi (DFA) ile guvenirligi ise Cronbach alfa ic tutarlilik katsayisi ile incelenmistir. AFA sonuclari, uyarlamasi yapilan olcegin orijinal formundaki gibi dort alt boyuttan olustugunu gostermis, DFA sonuclari ise bu bulguyu dogrulamistir. Guvenirlik katsayilari ise KZO'nun dort alt boyutunun da yuksek duzeyde guvenilir olcumler urettigini ortaya koymustur. Arastirma sonuclari, Turkceye uyarlanan KZO'nun akademisyenlerin kulturel zekâsini degerlendirmede kullanilabilecek gecerli ve guvenilir olcumler ureten bir olcme araci oldugunu gostermektedir.
