Abstract

Awareness of the need to institutionalize the protection of cultural heritage against risks at the international level II. It is possible to say that the effects of the World War were seen. War, terror, conflict, etc. It seems that the contracts developed by UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) have been leading the way to prevent the effects of destructive actions on cultural assets. The Hague Convention, adopted in 1954 and revised in 1999, draws attention to the risks faced by cultural assets and identifies the approaches that governments should adopt. Our work includes architectural heritage, Sit, Urban Site, Archaeological Site, Rural Site, Traditional Architectural Heritage, Industrial Heritage, Modern Architectural Heritage (20th Century Architectural Heritage), Underwater Cultural Heritage and Cultural Landscape Areas (UNESCO) for the preservation of the documentary heritage of the cultural heritage which is named according to the specific characteristics of the cultural heritage such as the cultural heritage and the protection of the documentary heritage by the different practices of the World Heritage Program. Will be given information about the characteristics of the documentary heritage that is planned to be proposed. In this way, it is aimed to raise awareness about the applications for the preservation of documentary heritage in our country.
