KLPGA챔피언스 투어 선수들의 라이프스타일이 삶의 질과 직업만족도에 미치는 영향

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate how the lifestyle in the players of KLPGA Champions Tour who are senior golfers affects their quality of life and job satisfaction. A survey research was conducted using the questionnaires with 108 subjects of senior golfers who participated in ‘KLPGA Champions Classic 2022’ in Kunsan C.C. For data processing, factor analysis, reliability analysis, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed using SPSS 22.0.BR The study results revealed, first, pursuing challenge which was a sub-factor of lifestyle affected self-satisfaction and psychological areas, significantly. Also, pursuing creation which was another sub-factor of lifestyle affected psychological area of quality of life, significantly. Second, pursuing challenge which was a sub-factor of lifestyle affected intrinsic and extrinsic satisfactions which were sub-factors of job satisfaction, significantly. Third, self-satisfaction which was a sub-factor of quality of life affected intrinsic satisfaction which was a sub-factor of job satisfaction, significantly.BR Therefore, the study showed that lifestyle of KLPGA Champions Tour golfers affected their quality of life and their quality of life affected the job satisfaction.
