Abstract

Methodology of fiqh, in terms of producing the knowledge of the fiqh from the earliest times on one hand and on the other hand controlling these knqwledges, it has an important place in Islamic Sciences. Provisions which are representing the values of the words and behaviours of the Muslims in religious terms, the resources which provisions are removed from, the metods of removing these provisions from and te people who have an accumulation of producing these provisions and like this many other issues contitutes the subject of the methodology of fiqh. Depending on the scientific school that the author was a member of, about the determination of the contents in the books of the methodology of fiqh and classification of these contents by using various titles, there are many various understanding forms or shapes. In this study, the classification methods will be examined which are including the methods that are effective for the formation of the classical works of fiqh procedure then the understanding of the classification of Huseyin al-Basri’s and Imam Gazzali’s which are placed in the two books of these two authors’ which are titled al-Mu’tamad and al-Mustasfa
