Abstract

The features of the architectural and planning organization of new typological objects of the period of the 1920-1930s kitchen factories are investigated. Specific features of the architecture of kitchen factories built in the cities of the Asian republics of the USSR are revealed, national differences in the architectural solutions of these objects, a combination of constructivist and local architecture techniques are revealed. Three-dimensional functional-planning models of preserved and lost buildings are recreated, information about the authors is replenished. Previously unknown information about the kitchen factories built in the first years of Soviet power is introduced into scientific use.
