Abstract

Abstract Kirner's deformity is a rare entity and is a cosmetic menace. It consists of radio-volar curving of the distal phalynx of the little finger. It is a painless deformity, and generally there is no functional impairment. It is generally a clinical diagnosis and confirmed radiographically. Here, we present a case of Kirner's deformity in a 12-year-old male patient. There was no pain or functional impairment in the patient. The patient was distressed with the cosmetic appearance of the finger. Since the functional status was normal, the patient was advised for observation. The rarity of this condition is the reason for reporting this case, and such deformities should not be confused with fractures.
