Abstract
Croatian President Franjo Tudjman proposes to bring together the bones of victims and their torturers in a joint memorial' on the site of their World War II concentration camp. For denouncing this latest 'symbol of reconciliation', Marinko Culic and the editor of Feral Tribune were sued for 'defamation of the President'. Their case has been deferred until 25 September
