Abstract

The kinetics of non-stationary photopolymerization (post- polymeryzation) of some diacrylate monomers at the wide range of initial conversions was investigated. All kinetic curves has two regions: quick and short, and slow and long. Experimental data were compared with the kinetic model of the photoinitial three-dimensional photopolymerization. It was determined that the kinetic model allows us to describe the post-polymerization process in the whole range of conversions. The rate constants of the linear termination of primary and secondary chains in the interphase layer were estimated. The increasing rate constants in the interphase are similar for investigated diacrylates and do not depend on the glycol chain lengths.
