Abstract
Abstract A porous silicon Bragg reflector was applied to analyze the time dependent parameters that characterize the ethanol adsorption and desorption processes. Time-dependent parameters – amplitude, FWHM and Bragg peak at the measurement of reflectivity show complex behavior at adsorption/desorption for pure ethanol and colloidal solution with SiC nanoparticles. Models of equivalent Bragg mirror with partially pores filling were considered. Effects of pores filling on spectral properties of Bragg mirror was simulated by matrix method and compare with experimental data.
