Abstract
In this paper, we analysed and computed LHWRH in tokamak from kinetics. Two reasons, i.e., electromagnetic effect and the effect of unequal temperature for electrons and ions, were proposed for explaining the experimental result that the bulk ion heating near the mode conversion layer seems to be less reproducible. Finally, we obtained the LHW accessibility and the maximum energy deposition region in the space.
