Abstract
High market capitalization is the hope of investors, because it is necessary to do research on what factors can influence it. This research is focused on knowing whether the variables (factors) ROA, DAR and EPS affect Market Capitalization (Market Capitalization). This research is quantitative in nature, and the samples taken were based on purposed sampling on the performance of PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk for the 2014-2021 period. After all research data has gone through the classical assumption test, it is continued by testing the hypothesis using multiple regression analysis, and the results individually (partial/t test) of the three variables (ROA, DAR and EPS) do not have a significant effect on market capitalization. Likewise the results of testing with the F test (the joint effect of the ROA, DAR and EPS variables), it turns out that the results are also not significant on Market Capitalization. This illustrates that it is necessary to test by involving other variables to find confidence in the factors that significantly influence Market Capitalization Keywords : ROA; DAR; EPS; Market Capitalization
