Abstract
A study is made of perfect fluid spacetimes with non-constant pressure p and matter density mu which are kinematically homogeneous. All kinematically degenerate models and all rotating non-degenerate models are shown to be hypersurface homogeneous, and hence observationally homogeneous if the expansion is non-zero.
