Abstract
An analysis of the dielectric permittivity of KDP-type ferroelectrics has been performed in the vicinity of the transition point, in the framework of RPA applied to the Ising model in a transverse field with the inclusion of kinematical levels. The results agree with the experimental curves obtained for KDP crystals.
