Abstract
To reveal the motion characteristics of inverted planetary roller screws under the influence of axial deviation error, the working principle of inverted planetary roller screws was elaborated, and a motion analysis model of inverted planetary roller screws based on deviation error was established. This paper analyzed the angle error, axial displacement error, and relative velocity error of the roller, and comprehensively analyzed the influence of errors and parameters on the motion state.
