Abstract
Abstract Background: Kimura's disease is an uncommon cause of lymphadenopathy in pediatric age group. Case characteristics: Usually presents as a triad of lymphadenopathy, hyper eosinophilia and hyper IgG. Kimura's presenting as a neck swelling is rare. Intervention: Excised mass was sent for histopathology. Message: To reduce concerns of malignancy.
