In addition, Co. provides property management services for shopping centers owned by affiliated entities, various real estate joint ventures and unaffiliated third parties. As of Dec 31 2007, Co. had interests in 1,973 properties, totaling approximately 183.0 million square feet of gross leasable area located in 45 states, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico and Chile.
