Abstract
This work reported a novel, efficient and green technique for the synthesis of N-substituted benzothiazoles using KI/H2O2 in DCM via intramolecular oxidative CH functionalization was carried out. The simple isolation, mild reaction conditions, easy purification without column with good yields, rendering the methodology accessible herein highly eco-friendly compare to existing method.
