Abstract

Integrated Energy System (IES) is composed of smart grid which is the core system and multi-resource, such as thermal system and oil and gas system etc. IES realizes electricity-gas-cold-heat multi-energy complementary and resource-network-loads-storage coordination control. Now the simulation for single energy such as electrical power system, thermodynamic system, petroleum system has developed well, and the universities and research institutions are researching and developing the IES simulation system to meet the requirements of IES network planning, construction, operation, multi-energy coupling, coordination optimization. From the construction requirements of IES, this paper analyzes the significance of the IES hybrid simulation technology, proposes the simulation research technical route and difficulties from the three aspects of phased modeling, multi-mode hybrid simulation and solving and calculation. At last, an application case of hybrid simulation technology for IES is illustrated by a classic example of CCHP (Combined Cooling Heating and Power) system.
