Key features of the national procurement regime implementation

Abstract

Difficulties with the supply of certain categories of foreign goods under conditions of foreign economic restrictions necessitate the active development of domestic production. Under the current conditions, the national regime in the implementation of public procurement is a necessary driver of the development of the Russian economy. The provisions of the regulatory framework of the national regime are aimed at supporting domestic producers of the most necessary goods for the country. That is why strict compliance with all the provisions of the national regime is an important responsibility of each customer.
