Abstract

Low-carbon logistics is thought of as one development direction of future physical distribution. There may be many factors affecting the development of low-carbon logistics. The paper analyzes the factors and the relationship between the key factors systematically from the following three aspects: government, enterprise and technology. With the help of a decision making trial and evaluation laboratory method (DEMATEL), the effect is quantitatively measured by so-called comprehensive degree, causal degree, and central degree. It scientifically analyzes the role in the development of low-carbon logistics played by government, enterprise and technology. The results are useful for the development of low-carbon logistics.
