Abstract
Keratoconus is a progressive bilateral corneal ectasia, accompanied by loss of vision due to high irregular astigmatism, which is the leading indication for corneal transplantation. The review presents a variety of surgical corneal transplantation techniques for keratoconus available today and discussed their advantages and disadvantages.

Summary
Keratoconus is a progressive bilateral corneal ectasia, accompanied by loss of vision due to high irregular astigmatism, which is the leading indication for corneal transplantation. До недавнего времени единственным методом хирургического лечения КК являлась сквозная кератопластика (СКП), и сейчас этот метод наиболее распространен при далеко зашедших стадиях заболевания, а также при низкой плотности эндотелиальных клеток роговицы реципиента, после перенесенного острого КК и при наличии рубца, затрагивающего глубокие слои роговицы [11, 12]. Однако в случаях большого размера трансплантата (8,5 мм и выше), частичной его децентрации относительно оптической оси при сильном истончении роговицы, доходящей до перилимбальной зоны, риск отторжения трансплантата увеличивается, что необходимо учитывать в послеоперационном периоде [14].
