Abstract
Keratoelastoidosis marginalis is a rare disease that is a variant of solar elastosis. Long-term ultraviolet radiation exposure and chronic trauma secondary to manual labor are considered to be inciting factors. To outline the clinical and histological features of this disorder. We report two cases and review the literature. Both patients had persistence of their disease despite multiple topical treatment regimens. Keratoelastoidosis marginalis is a chronic and progressive disease that is difficult to treat. The differential includes focal acral hyperkeratosis and acrokeratoelastoidosis.
