The biggest tech companies in the US made global headlines last year when, post-Edward Snowden, they went into battle against their own Government and intelligence services for infringing on their customers' privacy through their use of mass, secret data collection.The biggest tech companies in the US have been vocal in their opposition to the various intelligence agencies infringing on their customers' privacy through their use of mass, secret data collection.But now these same companies stand accused of hypocrisy, because of their own secret tracking of customers online, using so-called super-cookies and related technologies.
