Abstract
Key Points Studies of coronary bifurcation lesions have shown no advantage of systematic two‐stent strategies over one‐stent strategies. The provisional stenting provides a dynamic approach to the treatment of the majority of bifurcation lesion. Use of noncompliant balloons for kissing balloon inflation was associated with reduced side vessel stenting and lower overall periprocedural myocardial infarction.
