Abstract

AbstractKawasaki disease associated with agranulocytosis was observed in a one‐year‐old girl. The agranulocytic state continued for a month, and granulocyte transfusions were required. We discuss the relation between agranulocytosis and drugs, viral infections, Kawasaki disease, etc. The systemic vasculitis of Kawasaki disease seems to be the cause of the bone marrow disturbance.
