Abstract
The Kassam Registers in Yozgat Ser\'iyye Records are important archive materials for Turkish culture and history. The history and culture of Yozgat are more noticeable in these registers. The most important matter determined is that the culture of Yozgat has been continuation of Central Asian culture. Domestic tools used, place names, family names and superscriptions prove this. In this article, information about the culture of Yozgat and the structure of administration in Yozgat based on the Kassam Registers between 1881-1913 will be presented.
