Abstract
Cytomaps of polytene chromosomes of salivary glands of three species of Simuliidae, Cnetha Shutovae Rubzov, 1956 (2n = 6, 2n = 6+B), Eusimulium kazahstanicum Rubzov, 1976 (2n = 4) and Odagmia gribae Rubzov, 1956 (2n = 6) are presented. Karyological characteristics are given for each species. Yankovsky’s (2002) system of the family Simuliidae is used.
