Abstract

This study intends to determine the relationship between levels of charismatic leadership and organizational citizenship behavior, and the population of this study is consisted of five star hotels in Kusadasi. For that reason, a questionnaire was applied to 312 people working in five star hotels in Kusadasi. Whether charismatic leadership influences organizational citizenship behavior and charismatic leadership and organizational citizenship behaviors differ according to some demographic characteristics of individuals have been examined. The data obtained as a result of the questionnaires were analyzed with the help of appropriate statistical methods for the purpose of the study. According to the results obtained, it was identified that there is a significant positive relationship between charismatic leadership and organizational citizenship behavior.
