Abstract
Catharina (Karin) Klijn, Chair and Professor of Neurology at Radboud University Medical Center (Radboud, Netherlands), clearly does everything with whole-hearted passion. Currently trailblazing research into improving outcomes after intracerebral haemorrhage, she exudes enthusiasm when speaking of her 30-year career in neurology, commenting that she never considered any other specialty in medicine: “I just feel intrigued by neurology!”
