Abstract

Introduction: Kaposi sarcoma-associated herpesvirus (KSHV)- and Epstein-Barr virus-associated germinotropic lymphoproliferative disorder (GLD) is a rare disorder of immunocompetent adults presenting with localized lymphadenopathy. GLD differs from other KSHV-associated diseases in their indolent clinical behavior, good therapeutic response, and polyclonal gene rearrangement.
