Abstract

A nonprofit health plan with contracts in two Midwestern states is expanding its reach into Kansas, announcing a grant initiative to help community mental health centers (CMHCs) enhance their initiatives in value‐based health care. The funding availability comes at a time when Kansas mental health providers are preparing for the state's unveiling of a new request for proposals (RFP) for Medicaid managed care services under the KanCare program.
