Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effect Kangfuxin solution combined with triamcinolone acetonide for erosive oral lichen planus (OLPe) and its influence on blood rheology indicators. Methods 96 patients with erosive oral lichen planus treated in our hospital from October, 2017 to September, 2018 were randomly divided into a control group and a study group, 48 cases for each group. The control group were treated with injections of triamcinolone acetonide , while the study group were given Kangfuxin solution and triamcinolone acetonide. After three courses of treatment, the clinical effect, erosion area healing time, and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score were compared between the two groups. In addition, the serum inflammatory factors and blood rheology levels before and after the treatment in the two groups were observed. The adverse reactions were also recorded during the treatment. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.7%, and that of the control group 72.9% (P 0.05). There were no obvious adverse reactions after the treatment in these two groups. Conclusion Kangfuxin solution combined with triamcinolone acetonide can effectively improve the clinical effect and blood rheology indicators, relieve the patients’ pain, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
