Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to describe the from of women’s struggle and the role of women in a collection of short stories Titip Rindu untuk Ibu by Eidelweis Almira, describing the implementation plan of learning in the process at school. The method used is descriptive method in the form of qualitatin ve. The approach used is the approach of feminsm. The source of data in this study is a collection of short stories Titip Rindu untuk Ibu by Eidelweis Almira. Data collection techniques and tools used are in the from of documentation studies. Data validity testing techniques using persistance/agility, triangulation, and lot of reference. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display, and conclusing drawing/verification. The results of this study about the form of struggle and the role of women in a collection of short stories Titip Rindu untuk Ibu by Eidelweis Almira. The form of women’s struggle contained in this short story collection is a struggle in the social, educator, and economic fields. The roles of women in this group of short stories are as mothers, wives, educators, and carries of offspring. Researchears have designed a laerning plan in high school that uses a collection of short stories as learning material especially for KD 3.3. analyze short stories, bot oral anda written and 4.3. interpret the meaning of short story texts both orally and in writting. As for the indicator3.3.1. explaining the meaning of short stories, 3.3.2. defining short stories structure, 4.3.1. submit short story structure, and 4.3.2. write shorts stories based on structure andacreed.
