Abstract
It is shown that the dσ/ dΩ for K −− p charge exchange scattering at 1.5 - 1.7 GeV/ c can be well described in terms of the direct resonance amplitudes and the ϱ-exchange amplitude. The polarization of recoil nucleons is predicted with the same model.
