Abstract
To investigate the characteristics of interior fracture of SUJ2 in ultra high cycle region, rotating bending fatigue tests were carried out beyond 10^7cycles. Element analysis of white and black Inclusion at the fracture origin showed the minute elements which are not seen in the table of chemical composition such as Ti, Mg, Al, V, Zr, Nb. Element analysis of ODA and OWA showed some differences of elements among several specimens.
