Although juveniles usually appear as perpetrators of crimes against property, as well as work with elements of violence, their greater representation is reflected as perpetrators of criminal offenses related to drug abuse. Drug abuse in the Criminal Code of the Republic of Serbia is regulated by three offenses (by amending the Criminal Code of 2009 was regulated by the two offenses) that are in the group of crimes against public health. Analyzing juveniles as perpetrators of these offenses was a great challenge for the author, and in this connection the author in this paper, presented general characteristics of juveniles, then analyzes the criminal acts that regulate narcotic abuse in the Criminal Code of the Republic of Serbia and 2006, including changes and additions, which were made in 2009 and subsequent amending, as well as statistical data in the jurisprudence relating to juvenile offenders in relation to narcotic substance abuse. Based on that and with an adequate methods, some conclusions will be made.
