Abstract

Removing burrs from small parts of microwave microelectronics by the thermal pulse method has a number of advantages. The features of parts of microwave microelectronics, the advantages and limitations of the use of the thermal pulse method of deburring, the criteria for choosing a thermal impulse installation are considered, models of installations of domestic and foreign production, their comparative characteristics are presented, the method of choosing a thermal impulse installation for specific production conditions is described. The composition of the selection criteria is proposed: cost of ownership, cost of operation, downtime for maintenance and repair, reliability, working conditions at the workplace, productivity. The calculation of the time for a thermal pulse operation for the release program is proposed to determine the required productivity of the thermal pulse treatment section and select equipment models in terms of productivity.
