Abstract

This work examines the current state of wool production in the Republic of Uzbekistan, existing methods for cleaning contaminated wool prepared in livestock farms, as well as the structure of the apparatus we developed for cleaning heavily contaminated wool and its location. Diagrams of the main working bodies are presented. At the same time, to verify the results of the study, as well as to determine the specific energy parameters of the wool cleaning device, experimental tests were conducted to determine whether the wool meets the requirements of the cleaning standards. Theoretical studies have resulted in an analytical relationship that allows us to establish patterns of influence of the apparatus parameters and the properties of the processed mass on the power consumption.
