Abstract

This article aims at investigating the role of the external dimension of Justice and Home Affairs (JHA) policy in the process of defining a new security concept in the European Union. This new security concept is based on the indivisibility of the domestic and external aspect of security and it is designing the notion of 'holistic security'.
