Abstract
Este texto pretende explicar el funcionamiento de la Jurisdicción Especial para la Paz como un modelo de justicia transicional cuyo eje central son los derechos de las víctimas. Para ello se explican los procesos que se llevan a cabo al interior de la Jurisdicción que son ejemplificados a través de casos específicos que muestran los retos que tiene este modeli de Justicia Transicional.
