Nowadays, as time goes by the growing needs of houses is very important for a person. Owning a house is the most basic need and also a rights for everyone. In police sector,efforts to improve the professionalism of public service there are certainly several factors related to the fulfillment of the supported are fundamental rights (basic need) life members such as rights can inhabit/owning the house adequate either through the procurement service by service and home owneship in private.
