Abstract

This research paper offers a thorough analysis of the Indian Constitution's judicial review system. The study examines the historical development, scope, and constraints of judicial review in India through a thorough examination of key constitutional clauses, significant court rulings, and academic commentary. It assesses the judiciary's contribution to maintaining fundamental rights, guaranteeing the separation of powers, and defending constitutional ideals critically.
