Abstract
The Insolvency Monitor is a pioneer initiative from the Nucleo de Estudos de Processos de Insolvencia - NEPI (Research Center of Insolvency Proceedings) of PUCSP (the Catholic University of Sao Paulo) and the Associacao Brasileira de Jurimetria – ABJ (Brazilian Association of Jurimetrics). Its goals are to collect and analyze data in relation to distressed businesses that apply to the Courts for restructuring purposes or, as a last resort, for liquidation.
