Abstract
This report on military sexual assault adjudication data for fiscal year 2015 builds upon the JPP’s previous analysis and report, issued in April 2016, of cases tried in fiscal years 2012 through 2014. The JPP makes three recommendations addressing best practices for the collection of adjudication data for sexual assault cases; the implementation of the new Article 140a, Uniform Code of Military Justice; and the need to continue analyzing sexual assault court-martial data after the JPP concludes in September 2017.
