Abstract
Jiun-Haw Lee Editor in Chief 2020 Impact Factor We are happy to announce that the Journal of the Society for Information Display's (JSID's) impact factor (IF) has increased significantly for six successive years, achieving the highest IF value (2.140) to date. This accomplishment is indicative of the value of our industry's research efforts, and everyone who helps in the development and delivery of this content. Thank you to all the authors, reviewers, and editors for your contributions. We could not have achieved this without you. To commemorate this feat, we list the top-cited articles published in 2018 and 2019 in the sidebar “Top Must-Read Papers from JSID.” This list includes one invited paper. In addition, papers by Hyo-Min Kim, Christian Ippen, Fangwang Gou, and Kun Yin and their colleagues are “Distinguished Papers, Best of Display Week” from 2019. A collection of “Distinguished Papers of Best of Display Week 2021” were published in JSID's May 2021 issue. Fifteen papers were selected from more than 400 manuscript submissions, corresponding to an acceptance ratio of only 4.5 percent. Those papers remain freely available until the end of 2021. Visit https://doi.org/10.1002/jsid.931. The following are JSID's top-cited papers in 2018 and 2019. JSID is published monthly by Wiley.
