Abstract

Physicians with current and valid licenses in the United States who read the selected continuing medical education articles contained in this CME Digest, complete the corresponding tests and evaluations for each article, and fax or mail the material to AMDA as directed at the bottom of the Post-Test and Evaluation Form will receive category 1 credit. There is no charge for this educational activity.
