Abstract

AbstractArticles accepted for publication in the Journal of Multicultural Counseling and Development (JMCD) from 1998 to 2017 were reviewed to provide a systematic, quantitative study of journal content by identifying patterns of what is published and who publishes in the JMCD. Trends over time in author characteristics (e.g., number, gender, employment setting, nation of domicile) and article content (e.g., type, topic, design, participant type, sample size, statistical procedures) were analyzed and described.
